All assignments and their instructions can be found in the Syllabus.
Assignments for each lesson are also sent out in the email following the class on Monday. For a complete overview of the course and the topics we’ll cover, please see the Test Kitchen Syllabus. The syllabus also has links to all worksheets.
The worksheets are created using Google Docs. You will need a free Google account (Gmail address) in order to store/share your work online. If you don’t want to to do that, you may download the worksheets to your computer, edit them, and then send them to Tea via email.
If you DO have a Gmail account, please share your completed worksheets with Tea to this email address: tea@thewordchef.com.
Every attempt will be made to review your homework and provide comments/feedback to you via email within one week.
You do not HAVE to turn in the homework in order to participate. However, you DO need to turn in your weekly Journals in order to maintain your place in the program.
